Yes, there have been a few fix-ups on DT’s live albums over the years, although MP has tried to stay away from the studio as much as possible since Live at the Marquee.
LATM: A significant chunk of the vocals were overdubbed, as well as some of the guitars.
OIALT: The sax for Take Away My Pain was added in the studio afterward – Jay Beckenstein was not at the show, and the song was played without any additional instruments/musicians
LSFNY: JP’s back-up vocals in “The Silent Man” were re-recorded because he sang the wrong lyrics on the night. There was also a screw-up in “Through Her Eyes” which was not fixed because Mike wasn’t available on the day the overdubs were recorded (both his and JP’s back-up vocals at the concert for that song were through the same mic, so it wasn’t possible to just re-record JP). Some guitar touchups because of errors in A Change Of Seasons solo was also done.
SCORE: The Score DVD is completely live apart from a small section in UAGM where JP’s guitar rig cut out
BUDOKAN: MP stated on his Budokan commentary that he did re sing one line in As I Am in the “truck” after the show. There is a section in As I Am where the keyboard rig went down and JR miked (for the cameras) until it was fixed.
LUNA PARK: An quite obvious “audience loop” can be heard throughout the song, which is played inbetween every song (lasting about 9 seconds and looping).
BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL: Vocal overdubs an/or auto-tuning touchups have probably been done.
